Free Pet ID Tags

If your dog or cat ever gets lost, an ID tag with your contact information is one of the fastest and easiest ways to get them home. To help lost pets get returned to their people as quickly as possible, we’re providing free pet ID tags.

Simply fill out the form with your pet’s name and your contact details, and we’ll mail a tag to the address provided.

If you’re local to the Portland area but don’t have an address to ship to, contact us and we’ll coordinate getting a tag to you.

Each tag is handmade by our team of volunteers.

*Please note that due to our small program size, we are unable to fulfill requests for households with more than six pets.
