Solstice Supplies & Support
This Winter Solstice, we’re working to bring warmth and care to our unhoused neighbors and their pets. What began as a small idea — assembling a couple dozen care kits — has grown into what will need to be a community-wide effort to help meet an urgent and growing need.
Our goal is to create 200 care kits filled with essential supplies to help people and pets stay warm, nourished, and together through the coldest season. Kits will be distributed directly on December 21st, the longest night of the year, with additional kits donated to local organizations and shelters already providing ongoing outreach and support.
You’ll find links above to our wishlists for people, pets, and both combined. We’re taking a “throw-everything-at-the-wall” approach; every item we receive, no matter how small, will go into the community and make a meaningful difference in someone’s life this winter. Some items cost just a couple of dollars yet will offer immeasurable comfort.
Your support can help light the way:
Donate items from our People and Pet wishlists - every blanket, can of food, or pair of gloves makes a difference.
Shop Local Drop off items at any of our community partners around town. (more to come)

Give funds (especially if your employer offers a corporate match) - donations earmarked for the Solstice Supply Drive will go directly toward purchasing needed supplies.
Together we can bring a bit of care and compassion to those facing the longest night under the hardest of circumstances.
Let’s throw a few good bones out to those who need them most.
